About M. Byron Morgan, Attorney-at-Law
I am a practicing attorney with a Juris Doctor degree and a Masters in Litigation. I have been specializing in criminal defense since 1989, and I have tried over one hundred jury trials.
The Southside of Atlanta is where I conduct most of my legal duties, and consequently, I know all the judges and prosecutors in the area, which is crucial because I can accurately tell a client what to expect while preparing a legal case.
My legal office is an established one, and I have been a member of the state bar of Georgia for the past thirty years, which has enabled me to stay up to date with the latest industry changes. In the last few years, innovative technology has helped me to disseminate information faster to clients and provide more efficient services.
My services include major felony defense, sex crime and child crime defense, domestic violence defense, drug crime defense and juvenile crime defense.
The M. Byron Morgan, Attorney-at-Law Difference
My client base consists mostly of people that are in trouble, or come on behalf of a relative or friend, and require representation for sensitive subjects that are affecting their personal life. I am very proud to help them get their lives back on track.
One aspect that makes me second to none is that I serve my clients personally and build a strong rapport so that they have an unshakeable trust in my abilities.
What sets me apart from the rest of my competitors is my ability to listen, communicate, and to advocate zealously for my clients. A prospective client would find that I generally ask more questions and get more answers than other lawyers when I am evaluating a case.
One of my most noteworthy accomplishments is my success rate. While I never guarantee a customer a positive outcome, I do strive to do my utmost best, which has allowed me to achieve a large number of not guilty verdicts and dismissals for clients.
My aspiration for the future is to continue to help improve the lives of as many people as possible and achieve outstanding client satisfaction ratings and peer reviews.
I also believe in giving back to society, and as part of this belief, my law office supports the mock trial program at Jonesboro High School and other local charities.
