I’m Byron Morgan, proud owner of Law Office of M. Byron Morgan.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

When I launched my practice thirty years ago as a criminal defense lawyer, my goal was to help people understand the circumstances of their case, receive the right judgment, and put their lives back together. Three decades later, my goal has remained unchanged, and it gives me immense pride to state that I have successfully defended many truly innocent people who’ve received “not guilty” verdicts through my efforts.

As a solo legal practitioner, I have been successful because I possess an edge over the other lawyers in my field. I know all the judges and most of the prosecutors on the Southside of Atlanta, and I treat my clients the way I would want to be treated. It enables me to do the best I can to help them with their situation.

I firmly believe that everyone deserves to have their rights protected, and that’s why I pour my heart into each trial. I also use my extensive knowledge of the law to build a strong case for my clients and ensure they are well prepared for the court to receive an honest judgment.

During my many years of experience as a criminal defense lawyer, I have received numerous acknowledgments and positive reviews for my good work. I am also AV-rated and peer-reviewed in Martindale Hubbell and have an Avvo (legal service marketplace) rating of outstanding, from my past clients. So, irrespective of whether you need help with negotiations or litigation, you can rest assured knowing that I offer zealous representation.

When I’m not at work, I love to play golf. During my free time, I’m also very active in church and am involved in singing, teaching, and learning about the Bible.
